What is MyMedicare?
MyMedicare is a voluntary patient registration program from the Australian Government. It allows you to formally register with a general practice as your "home" for primary care.
By registering with Reliance Care Medical Centre, you're telling Medicare that we are your main GP practice. This helps us provide you with better coordinated, ongoing care.
Registration is completely voluntary and free. You can still see other GPs and specialists whenever you need to.

How to Register
Option 1: Register Online via myGov
Sign in to myGov
Access your Medicare online account
Select Medicare
Then select "View MyMedicare"
Search for Practice
Find "Reliance Care Medical Centre"
Choose Your GP
Select your preferred GP and submit
Option 2: Register at Our Clinic
Your general practice may send you a registration request through myGov. You can also ask our reception team during your next appointment and we'll help you register on the spot.

Is MyMedicare mandatory?
No, MyMedicare registration is completely voluntary. You can choose to register or not.
Can I still see other doctors?
Yes! Registering with us doesn't stop you from seeing other GPs, specialists, or visiting hospital emergency departments.
Does it cost anything?
No, MyMedicare registration is free. Our bulk billing policy remains the same.
Can I change my registered practice?
Yes, you can change your registered practice at any time by registering with a different GP practice.
