Alina's areas of expertise include anxiety disorders, depression, autism spectrum disorders (ASD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), behavioural issues, mood disorders, grief and loss, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties.
She works collaboratively with clients to develop and implement tailored treatment plans, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and psychoeducation.
She is deeply committed to providing a compassionate, empathic, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment, while strictly adhering to the ethical and professional standards of psychological practice. Alina values a client-centred approach, empowering individuals through respectful collaboration and care.
With a strong interest in working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, Alina is passionate about creating inclusive therapeutic spaces. She speaks English, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, and Pashto, which enables her to support clients in their preferred language and strengthen cultural understanding within therapy.
