With extensive experience as Team Leader, Service Manager, and Project Manager in the NDIS space, Bhuwinder ensures client goals are met while maintaining compliance with NDIS Code of Conduct and Commission guidelines. As a Registered Nurse with hands-on experience in Emergency and ward environments, he brings strong clinical expertise to his coordination role.

Bhuwinder is a strong advocate for people with special needs, promoting independence, dignity of risk, and equity. He currently works with Reliance Care, coordinating allied health services for individuals with special needs in alignment with their NDIS goals.
